Guarantee
We are confident in the quality and reliability of our products.
Our guarantees are offered on all products that have been used in the manner for which they were intended, and do not apply to any products that have been misused or abused in any way. Products must be installed and cared for in line with our fixing instructions ad local water bylaws. Our guarantee does not cover general wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that the product fails within the guarantee period, RAK Ceramics in its sole discretion may offer to replace the goods (subject to availability), supply a replacement part (or nearest equivalent) or refund the purchase price within a reasonable time. The claim will be limited to the value of the supplied materials accepted by RAK Ceramics as defective. Under no circumstances will RAK Ceramics be liable for loss of profit or any other consequential damages, or for labour costs to remove and reinstall the item.
Liability is limited to individual products and does not cover consequential loss or damage on installation.
All guarantees apply from the date of purchase.
- All ceramic sanitaryware products are guaranteed for 10 years.
- Our acrylic baths are guaranteed for 5 years.
- Our fireclay and ceramic Sinks are guaranteed for 5 years.
- Porcelain tiles are guaranteed for 10 years and ceramic tiles for 5 years.
- Kludi/RAK mixers and taps are guaranteed for 5 years.
- WC suite seats and cistern fittings are guaranteed for 12 months.
- Parts (including push button valves) are guaranteed for 12 months.
- Kludi/RAK accessories are guaranteed for 12 months.
