Seats and fixings

All our WCs come with dedicated seats. We have a close and productive relationship with a leading Italian seat manufacturer. Our wrap over seats retail with standard hinges although we offer soft close conversion packs for many of our wc ranges. Customers can upgrade to a soft close option by purchasing a soft close conversion set for a small, additional cost. If for any reason you need a replacement seat, we can supply you with a new one; please contact us for prices.

Our seats are anchored by a unique style of toggle bolt that has teeth that bite into the ceramic. The bolt embeds itself into the body of the pan when fixed, holding the seat rigid and stopping it from coming loose.

This is the same anchoring method as we use on our medical toilet seat that has to pass rigorous tests to ensure stability. The method does not change the benefit of top fixing, which is so useful after installation, it just prevents the irritating habit of the seat working loose.

NB: Our Series 600 range has externally fitted hinges.
